Layne breathed new life into this process for us. We had been on the market for six months and were jaded and tired. Layne was enthusiastic and supported us to negotiate an excellent deal quickly. He came with fresh ideas that were unique and contributed to a quick sale at the number we wanted. He also helped us with a purchase and not only negotiated successfully for us he gave us honest advice and supported our decisions. Cannot recommend him enough.
