<p>I found Kerry very thoughtful, and competant, knowledgeable about property. I learned a lot from her about properties what to watch for. It took almost a year to find our home but she was very patient with us. When we found the one we wanted. She was very quick to move on the formalities to ensure our offer was accepted.</p>

<p>We were very pleased with Kerry's appreciation of our needs, wants and limits. She was a valuable resource and only showed us homes that fit our guidelines. My only concern (applied more to my partner than me) was putting pressure on us to make an offer quickly. She was probably right that the property would attract other buyers, but my partner felt a bit stressed. We really wanted to take time to be sure we were certain of our choice. In the end, the negotiation went very smoothly and we paid what we feel is a very fair price for our home. Our agent was also very helpful in resolving issues regarding closing dates as the vendors had to deal with unexpected outcomes.</p>

I chose Kerry to work with me to sell my Dad's home after he passed away. She was very understanding and helpful with the entire process and made it as easy as it could possibly be. The house went on the market right when COVID hit so the market was slow and I was a bit concerned. Then the next thing I knew we were having interest, viewings and offers! Since we don't live in Claresholm ourselves, we really appreciated how Kerry arranged the viewings in order to make sure that COVID precautions were taken. She was with us through to the very end to make sure that everything was smoothly turned over to the new buyer. I'm glad I chose Kerry; she was exactly the right person for the job!
