Kerry was very easy to work with. She took lots of picture for the ads and took pictures that I wouldn't have thought to take, like of the electrical panel, etc. She even came back later in the summer to take more of the backyard while the flowers were in bloom. She kept in contact with me regarding people that had seen the place and their comments which was nice. Having lived in the area for a number of years she seemed to have a great idea of what a property could sell for in this year of COVID. I would certainly recommend her to anyone else looking to sell or to buy.

Kerry was great to deal with. She's very knowledgeable - knew the answers to almost all my questions immediately, and those she had to look up she quickly got back to me on. Her familiarity with southern Alberta is immediately obvious. Excellent communication, and probably most importantly was her honesty about flaws that the property had. Not even remotely pushy or anything like that. Definitely would go through her again.
