I found Kelly very professional and a pleasant to deal with. She was always on top of everything and kept me informed about everything. She went beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home.

<p>Kelly had to go out of town for a handful of days at one point but she and her associates didn't miss a beat for the duration of her absence. I feel that kind of service is very important to have because "life happens" and it's not easy establishing new relationships when so much focus is put towards finding a new home. Shout out to Brenda for taking care of my showings and understanding my wants & needs while Kelly was away; she was very prompt to reply and provide showings that were both in "my web portal" and homes I found on realtor.ca. Shout out to another associate Krista for going through a back up offer with me too, even though the primary conditional sale went through it was still a positive experience!</p> <p>I felt that I was very picky in terms of what kind of home I was looking for between location, affordability, current neighbourhood desirability and many more preferences. I was crushed to know that 2-3 houses were conditionally sold but Kelly & her associates showed them despite the slim chance that they would come back on the market. At the end of the day I think I found the better of 3-4 homes that I was significantly attached to.</p> <p>I believe that Kelly brought a great professional approach to negotiations acting as my representative as a buyer. She was able to best represent my intentions to appeal to the sellers and negotiate a bottom dollar that seemed very unlikely to hit. Kelly successfully got me the best price that I didn't believe was possible and I feel it was unique to her approach.</p> <p>Kelly met my expectations as buyer through and through with the exception of negotiating the final sale. Kelly exceeded my expectations when it came to negotiating the conditional sale; money matters and it gave me a greater sense of satisfaction as a first time home buyer.</p>
