<p>This was the second time we have used Julie's services as she was great the first time. She was great again the 2nd time. Our recent possession was disappointing, but to no fault of Julie's. The previous owner's left the house in a disarray (that's putting it politely) and Julie, being the great agent she is, immediately got on the phone to start making things right. I can't say enough about how grateful we were for Julie that day.</p>

<p>I was in a bidding war with another party and because Julie has over 20 years of experience she knew what sellers look for and got my the house of my dreams. Definitely a realtor who will go above and beyond for you. Hard working and determined person.</p>

<p><br />Julie was very helpful when looking at properties, she point out repair needs, put a pro/con slant on each house we went to. Julie know the mortgage group well and provided recommendations of contractors for any work that was needed. She set up the home inspection which was down very professionally.</p> <p>My experience was very positive and I would recommend Julie to anyone.</p>
