I first started the process of looking for a condo through Ari Zadegan. After many months of looking and very helpful advice, she referred me to her son Jonathan. He has been equally helpful and communicative throughout the process and took some time to understand what I have been looking for. Honestly, I sometimes wonder if they take breaks on weekends. When I did finally find a pre-construction that I liked, he tried his best to get the information to me ASAP. Once the decision has been made, he helped throughout the process of getting the contract, information, mortgage information, associated fees (legal, etc), even picked up the signing cheque when I couldn't do it personally. Since it is the first time I am buying property, he even helped with crunching the numbers along with me so I can better understand the final expenses. All in all, it was a wonderful experience going through this process with Jonathan.

I bought an assignment sale condo. Not only did Jonathan help me navigate the complexities of such a purchase, but he also had a private sale unit not available for general public. I got excellent unit for a bargain price. Highly recommending Jonathan
