He makes himself readily available-returning calls, emails and text messages whether its early in the morning or late at night, weekdays or weekends he will respond immediately, He meets costumer service with competency and shares reliable information . Jonathan exceeded my expectation in getting me the condo unit that i really like ( which is almost impossible to get as i missed the launching of the condo by a week), As a first time condo buyer i have so many questions and he answers it accurately , promptly and he made my needs a priority, So i highly recommend him.

It was such a pleasure working with Jonathan on this past condo purchase. He is incredibly knowledgeable on all condo projects, both new construction & resale. I’ve never had an agent so responsive to my every text and email. If Jonathan doesn’t get back to me within minutes, he readily apologizes for the long response time. Other agents I’ve dealt with don’t get back to me until the next day! They are no longer part of my contacts. Looking forward to working with Jonathan again and again.
