<p>John was a great agent for me and my family. Punctual, understanding and extremely knowledgable, he made the home buying process tremendously easy.</p> <p>He quickly understood our needs and customized his approach to find us multiple homes within our range and desires.</p> <p>As we were first time buyers, his patience and experience were much appreciated.</p> <p>We'd happily use John again and would recommend him as a fantastic agent.</p>

<p>We used John for several reasons to sell our home. First of all John lives in the neighbourhood and was the selling realtor when we purchased the home a couple of years earlier. I spoke to John prior to officially knowing I was being relocated about listing the home, price market etc. With John already being familiar with the home he immediately asked if any upgrade had been done (there were). I could talk with John comfortably about possible list price without him pushing a contract in my face. We arranged the usual for listing a home,pictures etc at our convienence.<br /> A day or two later we gave John a day to list (officially) he had already started a media "buzz" amongst fellow realtors of a possible listing coming available with features/list price range etc. The official day of listing we had three showings scheduled, the first that afternoon ( basically right away) long story short they offered list price. The house sold in one hour! John still put up a sign and had tentative showings still in case the first deal had issues. With two small children the stress of keeping a house "show ready" was kept from my wife and family. We would not hesitate to recommend John Carle.</p>

<p>We've kept John as our agent for the last decade because of his patience and honesty. As our needs have changed, he's kept up with sound advice never undermining our opinions or concerns. At the same time, he's listened and found compromises which have met the diversities within our family foreseeing what we need even without us having to ask. We are 100% satisfied with our results.</p>

<p>I used John Carle to represent me as I looked for my first home purchase. John was able to line up about 15 - 20 properties to view ranging from townhomes, detached homes, and duplexes.<br /> One of John's strong points was that he did not push me to purchase any property we viewed. He was acting in my best interest, not in the seller's best interest.</p> <p>John was very patient with me as I did not understand the market very well, and did not really know what I was looking for. If he was unavailable to show me a property, he was able to have one of his partner realtors line up a showing.</p> <p>I would highly recommend John Carle as a motivated and ethical realtor.</p>
