<p>My agent made the selling process easy and far less stressful than I've experienced before. I really liked the fact he could tell me which agent had shown my home because of the new lock boxes, their comments and the comments of the prospective purchasers. His negotiating abilities were refreshing and made me feel secure in that I always felt my interests were being addressed and not just another commission to be earned. I was impressed with his use of technology to present the offer, make the necessary changes and get purchaser approvals, all on line and fast. Would I recommend my agent to others ?......you bet I would.</p>

<p>Working with John and his team was a pleasure. From the beginning of the process to the very end, John and his team provided us with knowledge and guidance that was focused on our best interests. This included provided opinions that we may not have wanted to hear. We felt at least with John and his team and comfortable knowing that they wouldn't allow us to get into a bad situation. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.</p>

<p>It wasn't the two homes John Carle found us. It wasn't the advice on challenging my property taxes or renting out my first home. It wasn't even his professionalism handling our angst and stress.</p> <p>What makes John Carle MY realator is how he would advise us not to buy. How he knew about the history and problems with any particular development and builders. The "perfect" home often was only perfect on paper. We blind ourselves to reality when we set our hearts on a goal.<br /> John Carle saved my wife and I from actual money pits. He saw that we were emotionaly attached to a dream and did what he knew was right.<br /> John Carle is honest( yes he is ! )and looks out for his clients. He never took the easy way out and sold us the easy sale. Yes he will find you and your family a home to Love.<br /> Trust is hard to give. I trust John and feel I have been rewarded.</p>

<p>John was excellent at putting my mind at ease and helping me through the process. As someone who does not buy and sell a lot of properties, his experience was extremely valuable. It's good to know I have someone I can trust to go back to next time.</p>

<p>Jon is a great agent! He is personable, professional and responsive... and patient! Did I mention patient? I always felt like he was looking out for me and my needs and making sure that I got what I needed in my future home. He listened to me and what I was looking for, he kept me realistic and worked with my schedule. I wasn't in a rush to find my new place; I was looking for my ideal home and Jon helped my get it for the price and and location I was looking for. I have recommended him time and again to a number of different people looking for different things and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again and again. Jon comes through! He treats everyone with the same respect and importance regardless of their needs and budget. He really is a great agent.</p>
