Then, over the next few months, he has shown me the most suitable houses based on my preferences and my financial situation. He has given me his honest opinions about all the properties we've seen, as if he or one of his family members was the one who was buying. He put himself in our shoes at all times when it came to making recommendations or offering his opinions. He was always reachable within minutes, and he has kept in touch with my parents as well to clear any confusions or questions any of us might have in the whole process, which made it so much easier for us to communicate; not to mention that he is perfectly bilingual in English and Korean. Also, he has introduced me to the most reliable and diligent people when I needed mortgage brokers and solicitors. Joe used his network to give us the best information and service possible at all times. When we finally found the house we liked, he acted very quickly and was very thorough with all the documents to look for any flaws or red flags in the building. He came up with the perfect offer and thanks to that, our first offer was accepted. From our very first meeting to the completion of our purchase, he was always very informative, kind, and honest. Joe has the best traits you would want in a realtor and it was a lovely experience throughout. I would definitely recommend Joe Bae to everyone, as I guarantee they would be as satisfied as I am throughout the whole experience.

Joe is great agent. He has helped me to find and buy the property that I wanted; and even after my contracted has ended he happily answered any inquires I had.
