Never seen a realtor as professional, dedicated, and down-to-earth as Joe Bae. It may sound like an over-exaggeration but he really is one of the best realtors anyone can find in Vancouver. Unlike any other realtor, he treats you like he is buying for himself or his family. He pays great attention to every single detail (searching for homes, reviewing documents, and closing the deal) associated with the entire process that I felt extremely safe and well-prepared with the housing purchase.
