<p>We sold our home of 20 years in another community. We were making a big life change moving to a new part of the island. We tried another realtor company and we could not get a response from them on a home of interest. We tried another ... communication was unclear and no follow through. When my husband and I expressed interest in another home under Janice and Toms affiliated Realty company, they were quick to respond. We started our journey with the search of a new home with Tom and Janice in less than 24 hours. What a great duo to work with. If one could not be there the other was always available. We looked at many homes, some which we were advised where not in our best interest. And they were very right! Janice and Tom know their stuff and their community, even if you are not sure of what you want, they are quick to pick up what you are looking for before you make your own clarification. We searched a large area where one home to another was 40 minute drive apart. And never at any time was their any time Janice or Tom upset by this. Our best interest of our next home was what was valued. We finally found our next home after looking and inquiring over many. The home we picked went into a bidding war, Janice was very quick to advocate and advice us how we could win. A short war to which we won in less than a couple of hours. Thank you Janice and Tom for finding our new home away from our long time home.</p>

When searching for a condo to purchase we just happened to call Jan & Tom. How lucky that was! As a very nervous first-time home buyer they were excellent in walking me through the process and calming me down when I felt like things were either moving too quickly, not quickly enough or when I felt like I might never find something I wanted. They did a great job helping to maneuver through a couple last-minute glitches and I was very very thankful to have them as my agents.
