Both Jan and Tom were extremely professional. As soon as we moved to Nanaimo, we started to look for a house to purchase. We had little knowledge on the area and the market. They helped us finding and choosing the right house within our budget. They always gave us the advice with our interest first. It took us a long time to find the right house, and they were patient through the entire process and offered us the help and support anytime we needed. We are thankful we had Jan and Tom as our agents.

We cannot Thank Tom and Janice enough for their professionalism both in selling and finding us the perfect home to move to. they went the extra mile , always available for questions and always prompt in answering emails and texts.
