Brad and the GoWylde Team were great to work with from start to finish. We met with Brad on the recommendation of our neighbour, whose house he sold quickly this past summer for a great price. We found him and his team to be very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Brad came prepared to our first meeting with a thorough analysis our property's prospects and after discussing our goals with us, clearly explained his plan. And after having their full and efficient support with planning, decluttering, moving, storage, contacts for repairs, full staging and marketing that made our place look great, the house sold quickly and very close to asking, which we were very happy with. All in all everything went to his plan and the house was sold firm in less than a month from our first meeting. We highly recommend working with Brad and his amazing GoWylde team. They, especially Lorianne and Rune, did a great job and were a pleasure to work with.
