Asked Trish Lewis for help with properties but she ignored it because she saw no $ right away for her. Only thinking about themselves not clients. Worse agents ever.

This relator does not respect the rights of tenants. Expects to be able to give insufficient notice to tenants, and will still send people anyway. Viewings routinely ran long, interrupting my life. Brad gives false empathy. A person is potentially being kicked out of their home and his words were "I know it sucks". The house was listed for shy of 1,000,000, and he stood to make a sizeable commission. He oozes entitlement and is highly unprofessional when dealing with tenants.

Phil did a great job in matching up my requests with the properties he showed me. He was quick to be in touch with suggestions. He was thorough in providing information regarding the current housing market. This house purchase was quick thanks to his expertise.

Trish Lewis was my agent when I purchased my condo and years later my agent when I sold my condo and purchased a home. She made it easy for me. She ‘clicked in’ right away as to what I wanted. I am not easy to please, but she never gave up and continued searching till she found the right match for me. I really appreciate Trish and all her help. Penny
