<p>Ella was 100% reliable. She was patient in explaining the process to us, which was helpful as we had not sold property in Canada before. She was communicative and made herself available at all times. She gave us confidence in her professional abilities and knowledge, and was very patient and considerate in everything she said and did. If she did not agree with something we were suggesting she explained her point of view, and we were always able to reach agreement. She was a pleasure to work with, and her naturally positive and sunny disposition are a huge asset to her.</p>

She was thorough in explaining the process and was accessible & easy to talk to. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods and amenities that suited our personal needs has been commendable.
