Ella, did such a fantastic job in selling my place and helping me buy a new one. She always went above and beyond to help me, and I would recommend her to anyone going forward. From giving me plenty of advice/support, to even walking my dog when I couldn’t make it home for a showing. Thank you so much for everything Ella!

Ella was a dream to work with and I highly recommend her services. There are several reasons why Ella made our experience selling our home an enjoyable experience: -She showcased our home using an excellent photographer and increased traffic to our sale on social media. -The real estate market was not as robust as we would have liked at the time, but Ella kept our spirits high and brought a consistent stream of buyers through the property. -Ella is extremely knowledgeable about the Calgary real estate market. She provided valuable guidance on how to move forward when we had multiple offers. In addition, she facilitated last minute negotiations with the buyer to increase our sale price by $5000.00. -She was always available, quick to respond, and made document signing a breeze using Docusign (digital forms). -And, we have a dog who is anxious around new people. If there was a viewing we could not be present for, Ella went above and beyond by taking took our pup out for a walk (which she did on several occasions!). Ella was very helpful with my home buying experience.
