We worked with Dwight to buy our first home, and then sell it and buy our second home. Dwight and his team were always professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. We were very happy with each of our experiences, and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We appreciated the way Dwight took time to understand our preferences and parameters and then worked with us accordingly. He offered his observations based on his experience but never in an overbearing kind of way. He helped us stay realistic in our expectations but in the end we were very pleased with the outcome both in the sale and purchase of homes. It was a delight to work with an agent both professional and personal.

We have worked with Dwight on more than one home purchase and because we rate his services as outstanding in every way, we can certainly recommend him to anyone contemplating a move, Dwight even has gone so far as to show us various homes when we were NOT actively looking to buy, just to help us get a feel for the market at that time. His approach is a no-pressure, helpful and informative one, and that keeps us on the "very-satisfied customer" list. Dwight also has some very generous fringe benefits for customers, such as a free truck "rental" whenever needed, regular realty news letters as well as courtesy bakery treats in spring and in fall. His recent addition of every sale also contributing to the global support of children in need is the mark of an expert, caring agent that thinks and acts well beyond himself and his own interests.
