Dorothy is a good listener and worked diligently to get the best offer for us. She kept us in the loop whenever there was a showing. She is knowledgeable on the housing market and very easy to work with. Yes, we highly recommend her.

We have used other Realtors in the past and went with Dorothy on a recommendation. She worked for us beyond any real estate agent we have used in the past. She knows how to stage the house and has all the right contacts like photographer etc. to enhance her efforts. She is very knowledgeable about mortgages and financing. When our buyers realtor tried to get something unethical by us Dorothy jumped right in and said no way and explained to us what was going on and why we couldn't do things a certain way. Dorothy was amazing to work with for selling our home! She is knowledgeable and professional, knows what people are looking for in regards to “upgrades” and also is easily available to her clients. She was a pleasure to work with and sold our house 4-5 days after it was listed on the market. Never even had to host a open house!
