I've worked with Dorothy in the past however this purchase was special, my first investment property. In a sellers market, and with the uncertainty of COVID I had some apprehensions of this being the right time to buy. Having the right real estate agent made the difference, Dorothy is knowledgeable, responsive, committed and patient. She answered all my questions and gave her professional recommendations helping me to navigate the market. Patience was key for me and in the end found an amazing property which was UNDER BUDGET! Couldn't be happier with my purchase and am hopeful to do it again with Dorothy in the future. I would 100% recommend Dorothy Harrison to anyone looking to buy or sell.

This was my first time buying a home, and I had no idea what to expect. Dorothy was amazing at explaining everything I needed to do, and how the process works. It was a hard time to buy, as there were multiple offers (I'm talking at least 12) on all of the condos we put in offers for. Dorothy was able to get me a great deal on a condo townhouse that was in my price range, even with all the craziness going on in the market right now. I would 100% recommend her to others.

As first time home buyers, my wife and I are very happy and satisfied for having Dorothy as our agent. We don't know anything about buying and we entrusted everything to her. We're glad we did. She made sure we did all the right decisions. We really felt we are in good hands right away especially after the first frustrating experience when we had to back out from an accepted offer because of potential financial problems (condo fees increase, special assessments, etc.). She is very diligent in gathering important information and that really helped us in making the right decisions. Also the most important thing is she treated us as family since she's also the agent of my sister.
