We met Diana Baggett when our daughter recommended her as we returned to Canada in 2015 looking for a home. In summary, we bought a beautiful home with a great agent. Having sold 11 homes thru corporate moves in the US and Canada, we were usually satisfied with our agents, but we were stunned by Diana's diligence, grace, work ethic and knowledge of housing markets, including a comprehensive knowledge of neighborhoods, local services, and areas of interest. These characteristics were combined with an honesty that quickly became an accepted (and appreciated reality) in both buying our home and now selling it. Diana spent hours showing us how to highlight the features in our home; what to put out of sight; what was an asset; and what wasn't. We also discovered things she could not or would not do: She could not tell us something that wasn't totally true; she would tell us things that were true that we may not want to hear. She would not be insensitive to the buyers, or disrespect other agents. After dealing with real estate agents (most were satisfactory) in Toronto; Mississauga, Sarnia; Woodstock;Iowa; Texas;Missouri, Massachusetts, and Maine, my wife Joan and I concur on this: Diana Baggett is the Best!!
