We interviewed a couple of realtors to help sell our house. Right from the start Debbie engaged and showed a real interest in the property and the improvements that we had done. Debbie worked with us to determine the asking price. She really did her homework, and in the end, we netted more than what the other realtors were suggesting we list at. Throughout the process she was very informative and always in touch and provided excellent communications. She arranged several open houses and was always available to show the house to other prospects. When it came to the negotiating and the offers & counters, she was very careful and on point. She picked up on several mistakes made by other parties. Overall, we were very happy with Debbie's effort, care & consideration in the sale of our property.
