<p>Debbie was so helpful to us. We were buying at a time where the market was very competitive and it was stressful but she really helped us through it. She worked very hard for us and put us as a top priority. She really does her research and has great negotiation skills. We would definitely work with her again for buying or selling and would recommend her to anyone.</p>

Debbie helped with the sale of my deceased mother's home. She was particularly good at moving between the emotional tenor we were all feeling at that time and the practical work needed in order to sell the home. In addition, although I was executor, I wanted my siblings (3 in total) to be included. Debbie showed a masterful ability to keep us all in the loop, including a brother who was considering purchasing in the market as well (due to him moving out of my deceased mother's home). I first saw Debbie in action when my oldest daughter was buying her first home. It was Debbie's care and attention to detail that made me reach out to her when we needed to sell my mother's home. I would highly recommend Debbie to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home. She is a top notch professional in her field.
