<p>I have had the opportunity of working with Dave Elfassy on two different occasions; (i) for the purchase of a condo; and (ii) for the rental of a condo. I have dealt with agents in the past, however, Dave was the one person that provided me the reassurance and comfort level that I have never experienced before (but had always hoped for).
