I met Craig a few years ago when he was selling a unit in our building. I was struck by how well he carried himself and how knowledgeable he was in regards to our building. He offered me a business card, which I kindly accepted. I kept his card and recently he listed our unit. He secured an offer within a week and worked hard to ensure everything was in place for the completion of the sale. Craig is approachable, experienced and committed. Our unit is officially sold. I am so glad we chose Craig as our agent, he is second to none!

When Craig showed me the property he pointed out everything that was good, but also made it clear that there were things that were not perfect. Specifically, things I would have to budget or save for. Roof, grass etc. He didn't make the property sound overly amazing to make a sale. In fact, I could tell he wasn't desperate for a sale. No pressure at all. You can tell he just likes selling properties when it's the right fit for the person's budget. Super friendly. Would recommend him to anyone.

Craig is a very professional and tactful agent who sold our house in one day. He listened to us without judgement and was very knowledgeable about the current market. He allowed us to make decisions while providing us with the information we needed to make an INFORMED decision. He or his assistant were always available when we had questions/concerns. It was especially helpful when Craig referred us to an agent in another province to facilitate the purchase of a new home. Craig was very thorough and sent all necessary documents to us in a very timely manner. He made the process of selling our home very seamless and made it look easy! I'd just like to say again how impressed we were when you became our agent to sell our home in the Blue Quill neighborhood in Edmonton in 2016. As I recall it was was either the first or second person you brought to view our home that made an offer we liked and accepted. Many times my neighbours remarked how amazed they were with the level of service you provided for us that resulted in the very quick sale. You are the best!
