Mr. Craig Finnman did a great job in helping us sell our house in the covid year of 2021. We had been hearing that people were in the mood to buy homes and this increase in demand was pushing up prices . We received quotes on the value of the property and were surprised by the increase in value so we decided to sell. As it turned out though the appraisals we were given ( we had two different companies give us their appraisals) were a bit high and we did not get the price we had hoped for and realised that as time went on. Craig helped us with ideas for upgrading the house to make it more esthetically pleasing and helped us with dealing with the tenants to assure them that we would look after their interests though the process as well. Craig kept us informed on the activity over the entire time of the sale and suggested adjustments accordingly. Craig communicates very well and his professionalism shows in his keen interest in getting the job done.
