Anthony de Sousa helped us purchase our last house in March of 2020. Anthony was wonderful to deal with right from the start. He was very knowledgable about the area we were looking to buy in, suggesting different amenities that we might enjoy, shortcuts to and from our places of work, as well as drive times to help us decide if the house was right for us. He was very responsive whenever we would reach out to him, day or evening. We felt like we were in very good hands with him and that he would always have the answers we needed. He never made us feel stupid with all of the real estate purchasing questions that we came up with. He was always happy to jump in the car and take us to showings at his earliest convenience. We always felt like we were his #1 clients. Also of note, our purchase, home inspection, and move all took place during the COVID-19 pandemic. This was a very scary situation to be in during this time. Anthony calmed us down when we felt uneasy about the actual move (hiring movers, etc) and made us feel confident that we could undertake this move. I would recommend this agent to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring agent. He will always take the best care of you no matter what your purchasing level is.
