In the Autumn of 2010, Ralph Ciancio was referred to me by my Son and daughter in law as they had recently bought their home, and were very satisfied with him as their agent.I decided to interview him first, as I had other agents in mind to sell my home. On the our first appointment, he was punctual, professional attire, and made me feel at ease. I inquired about his education and real estate experience, and learned only a few years in this area. He was knowledgeable about the market in my neighbourhood, and very enthusiastic about his work, and well organized. I decided he would be my agent. He has in depth knowledge of the real estate process, and explained what I can expect at the different stages. He treated me as an individual, was respectfull to me and my home. He was always punctual, and has excellent communication skills. I was always informed during the negotiation process. I was satisfied with the sale of my home. He helps above and beyond what is expected of him. He is a very kind, and compassionate person. He will be my agent again when I decide to move. I shall always refer my friends and family to him.

This was our first home and as first time home buyers, getting into the market was a daunting task. From the very beginning, Ralph made the home buying process, exciting, memorable and fun! His backround in home building was very useful as we toured homes. He was able to quickly pick out defects, or problems with the construction and was even able to recommend trades people he has vetted personally. We still call Ralph to get advice or contacts as we make changes to our home.
