At our first meeting, Ralph detailed his client oriented philosophy, the selling process. his marketing strategy, and services his team will provide. He patiently explained to us the prevailing market conditions, the expected trend the marketing is heading, and the price range our house is expected to fall within. He convinced us right there that his team is the right choice to engage in to sell our house. Ralph and his team meticulously guided us through the preparation of the house to ensure that our house will be presented in the most appealing state to any potential buyers. However when our house went on the real estate MLS the real estate market has turned south and we started to have apprehension of selling our house let alone getting the price that we expected. But Ralph and his team remained upbeat and confident that a positive outcome would happen. This certainly lessen our anxiety and stress level.
