Patrick helped us buy our first home nearly 10 years ago. He was very patient and explained all of the ins and outs of buying a home to us as young inexperienced buyers. He helped us avoid bad decisions that we could have made by pointing out problems we didn't see and gave good advice on utilizing a rental suite. I especially appreciated him suggesting that we could save an additional $2000 off of the sale proce during negotiation.
