Cheryl was very quick to answer any question or concerns we had. She also provided informative information but maintained a certain level of distance in order to not pressure us into making a decision we did not ultimately want or were comfortable with. We appreciated her quick action, friendliness and knowledgeable background.

Cheryl did a great job in familiarizing us with the areas of Victoria and helping us choose an area best fitted to our family. She also was active in helping contact the school, and finding a lawyer that we are very with.
