April is the real deal. She is up front, clear and you know she's there to help in any way she can. She even drove two hours to face-time a listing, which ended up being the property we purchased. We couldn't recommend a better person for a cross country move.

I live in Vancouver and had very little time to spend with April but I can’t imagine a better experience. April is simply the best and I would recommend her to anyone as she has such a lovely personality and is so accommodating and professional.

April was always available to answer our questions and concerns, and did so promptly. She did her best to get us the desired amount for our property.

We flew to Victoria and only had a few short days to look at modular home properties. We contacted April when we arrived and asked her to set up appointments to view the properties we were interested in. She called us the next day with appointments. There was one property we had on our list that April said she was not comfortable showing us as the park the modular home was in was up for sale. She knows her stuff. That really impressed us. We are now in the process of purchasing a lovely home with help from April. We would most definitely recommend April for all your real estate needs.
