<p><br /> Doug is the best!<br /> As first time home buyers purchasing a house was a very intimidating experience. Doug accompanied us to see our first house. Instead of pressuring us for a sale, as the listing agent tried to, Doug was very honest with us. He told us straight up that, although we loved it, we should look around and determine what exactly we were looking for and what our dollar could get us. He was very patient with our continuous inquiries at all times of the day and evening. Our negotiation was nerve wracking but surprisingly not very stressful and we ended up finding a house we are very happy with and we have no regrets.<br /> We went to a few open houses on our own and I found other real estate agents to be pushy. Honesty is hard to come by and I felt very comfortable with Doug! I highly recommend Doug to anyone going through their first purchase of their tenth.</p>

<p><br /> We met Doug in 2008 when we needed a Mortgage for an income property we were purchasing.Since then, we have worked with Doug on numerous property purchases and Mortgage renewals.He has also assisted my mother with her home search.We have found Doug to be honest, straightforward, and hard working, with a great sense of Humour. Doug has served our Family exceptionally well on a number of Occasions. Doug has literally been there for us at all times,any time. Doug possess the knowledge, professionalism, track record and understanding that sets him apart from many of his peers. With Doug you can go from good to Great.</p>

<p><br /> Recently our son and his fiancé advised us that they were thinking of purchasing a new home. We immediately thought of Doug and knew that he would be a wonderful fit for them. They knew nothing about the real estate market, as they were first time homeowners. We knew that Doug would able to navigate them through the purchase of their first home with a great deal of knowledge, kindness and a good sense of humour.</p> <p>Our son and his fiancé felt very comfortable with Doug from the moment they met. Doug's ability to listen and communicate is exemplary. Many times Doug had to answer concerns and comments not only from our son and his fiancé but also from two sets of parents.</p> <p>After purchasing their home, our son and his finance had many questions. Doug assured them he was always available to answer their questions - regardless of how trivial they may seem - and they had many questions. <p><br /> Doug and I met about 8 years ago. He helped me with my first home purchase at that time and guided me through the process. He made it seem very simple and it was definitely second nature to him. At that time I knew I gained a friend. Since then he has helped me buy and sell every home I have had, totalling three bought and two sold. With Doug nothing seems impossible. I would not purchase or sell a home without him.
