<p>Doug has been working with me for two years before I made the final decision to sell my home. Kept me updated on the market and listed my house with a value that I was pleased with. My house sold in 4 days which was great.</p>

<p>I would recommend Doug, We moved from out of town and only had a short window to buy a home. He was able to show us houses within our budget and in the area we desired. We ended up with a new build that we were able to negotiate a finished basement and the closing date that worked for us.</p>

I found Doug on different websites (including this one) and read every single review. Everything was positive and I now know why. Doug is smart, informative, professional, helpful and reliable. I met with him, we chatted over a beer and I decided to give him a try. He answered all my questions throughout the process, helped me determine neighbourhood, size, and price of home that best suited my needs. He gave great advice on strategy when I found the house I wanted and ended up in a multiple offer situation. I got the house and am extremely happy.
