Holden is an experieinced professional. He does a lot of research and explains it all to you. He is always on top of market trends. He is a pleasure to work with. I would recommmend him to anyone who is either buying or selling a house.

Being an elderly couple, what a pleasure to work with an individual realtor that takes you through the process from start to finish! There were others that, once you signed on with them, shoveled you off to some other realtor in their “team” that generally had little experience and wasn’t always aware of what was going on. Always waiting for answers or getting ones that weren’t fact. Not fun. Holden returned calls promptly, had his information up to date, knew the market very well and was always honest with the process. It was a stress free experience, working with a realtor that actually does what they say they’ll do from start to finish! Thanks again for all your help!!
