<p>We purchased a large estate property that had some latent issues that Holden was able to identify and utilize as negotiable items in our price. Possession was also an issue with the previous owners no longer acting together on the sale and Holden handled the delicacy of that situation very professionally.</p>

<p>I have used Holden a couple of times. He really knows his stuff. He has helped me out in some tough markets. He is competent and professional. He is easy to work with. I highly recommend him.</p>

<p>Holden helped me purchase my first home when I was a young 22, back in 2000. After having not a great experience with other realtors, Holden was a blessing. He was quick to respond, and always had time for me. If Holden did not have an answer for one of my questions, he did whatever it took to find it for me. Recently I purchased a new home and did not hesitate to contact Holden. Again he went above and beyond, what I have seen other realtors do. He knew what I wanted and what I could afford, and he fought to get the best house for the best price possible. Something I especially appreciated about Holden is his honesty and integrity. It shows! He knows the business and does not mislead you in any way. Buying and selling a home is extremely stressful, but with Holden as my realtor, it was not a nerve-racking experience. He enters your home as a professional, but he leaves as a friend.</p>

<p>We did not have a realtor, we were looking ourselves. Drove by this house and we had seen a sign with Holden's phone number. We called and left a message, and in a few minutes Holden returned our call.<br /> At the time the house had an offer, and Holden explained the situation to us. He had a felling that the offer might not go through, and we placed an offer and we got the house.<br /> After that we had a couple of questions and Holden was always ready to help us.<br /> We are very happy with is services and we will be doing businesses him in the future and we recommend him to anyone.</p>
