<p>Holden was always completely professional as well as friendly and helpful. Never annoyed at my many questions regarding my sale. He offered good advise on negotiating-advising me to keep an incentive low to start with.</p> <p>I bought the property with Holden's help 19 years ago. There was no doubt in my mind that I would use him again when I decided to sell it this year.</p> <p>I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to friends.</p>

<p>This was my first time buying a home so finding an agent was something I had no experience with. A friend referred Holden to me and from there the process was painless. Holden was very interested in finding a place that fit my needs and my interests. He did not force anything on me but he did teach me to be more attentive to listings and it made me realize how quickly a place you like goes up for sale and can be sold. I became a lot more active going through our search results and was able to see a number of places that Holden sent me or that our search results revealed. Holden was available to help me with the search and buying process. He pointed out a number of factors that I would have missed being a first time home buyer. Holden was positive, professional and honest through the viewings and purchase and I would recommend him in the future to anyone looking. My brother recently contacted Holden to buy his first house as well and is just starting the process. Thank you Holden for all the great work and making it easier on me.</p>

<p>Holden was great - honest, trustworthy, and readily available for all questions we had. He went out of his way to make sure both parties were happy with the sale/purchase. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.</p>

<p>Holden did a outstanding job we were bidding on the house lost it because of a bank issue and thought someone else got it. Holden kept on it found out it was still available contacted me asap we changed banks now 2 1/2 years later still my house. Great job Buddy Love you!!!!!!!</p>
