We used Dave Elfassy Team to sell our house and purchase a newer one. The agent assigned to us "James Frodyma" was very helpful. Not only did he make sure we were able to sell our house at the price we wanted (for reference no othe real estate agent was willing to consider posting our house at that price), but he also made the whole process very easy and smooth for us. At no point were we pushed into selling our house for anything less than what we wanted. During the process of buying a newer house, James was very quick to follow up on any houses we were interested in and was able to organize multiple showings on a very short notice with detailed information on each house. Thanks to him, we were able to find the kind of house we were looking for in a budget that works well for us. We were always able to get an honest opinion about each house we visited and were sure that during any negotiations, our interests were being represented in a fair manner. I would highly recommend using the services offered by Dave Elfassy Team to anyone looking to sell/buy a house in the future.

We recently bought and sold with Dave and his team. I must say it was the best experience! It took a while to find a perfect home, but Dave was patient, never pushy and very careful with his recommendations. Dave and his team helped us to stage the house within 2 weeks. The marketing generated a record number of viewings (50+) and the house was sold within a week.
