I have nothing but great things to say about Dave and Sean. These professional realtors are extremely honest. I have a rental property in GTA looking to sale during the pandemic, Dave and Sean came into my property and did a review. They advised me that the rate that I am looking to sell for would not work in this market as it's tough to find investors due to covid. They suggested that I should rent it out and look into putting the property in the market afterwards when pandemic is over. I have consulted many agents and they are all trying to get my listing and told me that the rate that I asked for it would work. As the matter of fact I couldn't sell it with the rate that I am hoping for for a couple of months. Dave and Sean would rather walk away from a listing and to tell you the truth. They are the only agents that I know who look after the clients needs. These two agents are a gem. If you need a honest agent, look no more give them a call.
