She shares what makes her stand out from other real estate agents and how she is involved in her community.
RankMyAgent has 185 verified reviews for her as of April 2024 from previous clients, complimenting her professionalism and great attitude. She often made the process stress-free for her customers and found the best deals for them. All the positive reviews resulted in a 4.98/5 ranking for Duncan.
Duncan was initially not in the real estate field. When asked about how she first started, she says “After many years in the corporate finance and banking world, I joined my husband and business partner in real estate in 2009. My finance and business acumen compliments my real estate experience and allows my expertise to help clients navigate the market and make informed decisions which provides them with a distinct advantage.”
Not only does Duncan have a passion for her job, but she also loves helping her community as well. As a member of 100 Women Who Care Regina, she meets with other philanthropic women who donate locally, and connect to benefit charities in Regina. She was also recognized as the Top Contributing Miracle Agent for the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) supporting the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital in 2022. In October 2022, she was the “Champion Agent of Motorcycle for Miracles,” and was honoured to sign the CMN that was auctioned to RE/MAX agents to raise money for CMN. The signed flag ended up raising over $31,000 for CMN.
Duncan also volunteered at Souls Harbour, a Christian charity that rescues individuals from poverty or addiction by providing food, clothing, shelter, and Life Changing Recovery Programs. “Giving my time to help others provides a real sense of purpose and connection with our community. Supporting others during the ups and downs of life is fulfilling.”
When she’s not working, Duncan loves competitive golf, camping, travelling to explore new destinations, and of course, spending time with family. Attending Saskatchewan Roughrider and Edmonton Oiler games with her husband is another hobby of hers. She also enjoys sharing the excitement of a new home purchase or sale with her clients. “There can be a tonne of emotion when it comes to home sales. It’s a privilege to be a part of that journey with my clients and their families.”
Looking back on her success this past year, she says “It would not be possible without the support of my family, friends and past clients who continue to place their trust in me to help them achieve their real estate goals. The referrals from past clients is one of the key reasons for my continued success and I am extremely grateful.” Duncan is willing to go to great lengths to help her clients prepare their home for sale. This means anywhere from cleaning KPs lights, to finalizing negotiations on her laptop during a REALTOR® recognition night.
