And as 1000watt mentioned, when a potential client can’t find any online reviews, they’re likely to move on to the next agent.
Similarly, Swanepoel T3 Group just released Agent Reviews – Portals Lead the Way, a comprehensive piece that links the presence of online reviews to higher rankings in Google and increased web traffic. It also goes on to add that 70% of the 954 agents surveyed on client acquisition felt the leads generated from online reviews were easier to convert than those from just about any other source. In Swanepoel’s opinion, the widespread usage of agent reviews may have been slow to take hold, but its full adoption is inevitable given the current progression of technology.
