She first got into Real Estate as she was raised in a family of realtors, making it a goal of hers since she was a teenager. “I started working for other companies and quickly realized that working for myself with my family every day helping others achieve their real estate goals was more rewarding than helping large organizations obtain their goals,” says LeBlanc. Fluent in English and French, she mainly specializes in residential, condominiums, and investment.
Over the years, LeBlanc has continuously shown support for her community and clients. “Listening to your clients and putting their needs first have always been the foundation to my day to day.” She also actively donates to charitable foundations and volunteers on several boards and communities. She and her team donated over $10,000 to the IWK Foundation, helping women, children and youth who require specialized care. “I truly am blessed to work with people that I love and meet new people daily,” LeBlanc says when asked about the thing she was grateful for.
In her free time, she loves exercising, spending time with family, reading, and travelling. To show her support for her community, she also enjoys participating in events such as festivals, fundraisers, and sports events.
With over 20 years of experience, LeBlanc predicts that her local market will “have a healthy balanced market.” She currently lists Moncton, Dieppe, Shediac, Riverview, Bouctouche, Cocagne, Richibucto, Grande-Digue, Memramcook, and Rexton as the areas she has expertise in.
