Hunt remarks that the post-pandemic buyer’s market of 2022 was unprecedented – “coming out of the pandemic I don’t think anyone was quite ready for the market we had in the spring, which sprang much earlier than usual”. Despite the excitement of such an in-demand spring market, the agent had kept his goal steadily set on his clients’ experience. “It was a challenging time for buyers, being in competing offer situations most of the time and with properties selling sometimes literally within minutes of hitting the market”, says Hunt. Yet, these tense situations reveal exactly why he is committed to the real estate profession.
“Even throughout those challenges we found new homes for and helped many happy buyers, and in those moments, I am reminded why I do this for my living”, says Hunt.

Hunt feels honoured to ride for these causes and ally with the community remarking that the groups are “very deserving and allows me to have a great ride with a great group of men and women while supporting the charity raising donations”.
