(2007-2010) – Prudential Corona Realty
I worked under the Broker of Record and learned a great deal from this experience. At the time, I interviewed many of the large brokerages but selected Prudential Corona Realty because they offered the most competitive commission rate in the industry. I’ve had this philosophy inside me from the very beginning. I was able to learn first hand from a highly experienced broker. I was 23 years old when I started, and the economy was in a recession. People were losing their homes and one of our major markets was the Power of Sales (Foreclosures). It was so sad to see the homes abandoned and damaged. It wasn’t easy to survive through that period. I am very grateful for the struggle because it made me stronger. I couldn’t have made it through those first few years without the support of my parents.
(2010-2019) – Your Choice Realty
It was time for me to make a move. I was confident I had the skill sets and experience needed to make it on my own. I again interviewed many large brokerages, but I fell in love with the commission structure and freedom at Your Choice Realty. I was able to offer clients the type of commission rates and rebates that many other brokerages would not allow. They did not want the kind of internal competition my business model would present. Throughout the years, I began to sharpen my craft. Every transaction taught me something new. Almost every year my sales were increasing until finally in 2015, 2016, and 2017 I was awarded President's Club Member (PCM) Status based on Sales Volume. In 2018, I took on a partner. He was a past client of mine and a brand-new agent. Mentoring him was a rewarding experience and I am grateful for the time we shared. The only downside was we split the commission 50 / 50 so I fell just short of reaching (PCM) Status for the 4th year in a row. Also, now I have a competitor out there that knows my secrets lol.

After years of hard work and paying my dues, the day has finally come that I run my own brokerage and operate completely independent. I am extremely excited for this next chapter in my career and life. My passion and drive have never been stronger. I plan on doing my very best, day in and day out. I’ve laid it all on the line and failure is not an option. I have an unwavering faith and belief that I am about to reach a new level of success and fulfill my God given destiny. Up to this point, the last 12 years have been nothing more than practice. Now I'm ready to get in the game and leave my mark. The beast is unleashed and very hungry.
