Randy is a seasoned Real Estate Agent with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Born and raised in Kitchener Waterloo and then moved to Etobicoke, Randy learned the value of hard work and discipline at a very young age due to the strong work ethic instilled in him from his parents who immigrated to Canada in 1971. Since 1987 Randy has been proud to call Brampton home.

Before entering the Real Estate business, Randy has had the privilege to work in the Sales & Marketing Dept of very well known Telecommunications Organizations. At first the work of Real Estate was very difficult but Randy was determined to succeed. He studied the local market and stayed up to date on the latest industry trends. He spent many long hours networking and building strong relationships with clients and fellow Real estate agents which eventually developed a reputation as a dedicated, knowledgeable and hard working Realtor. Randy has specialized in residential real estate helping people buy and sell homes in his local community. He has a deep understanding of the local market and a keen eye for identifying homes that meet his clients needs and preferences. Randy understands the significant financial investment people make in their homes, and knows exactly what it takes as a strong aggressive negotiator to protect the hard earned equity that clients have built in their homes.

Randy is a strong negotiator in finding the best deal for his Buyer clients and negotiating the highest price for his Seller clients while ensuring a smooth and hassle free transaction.
