About Paul Mon-Kau
Paul's previous career was exclusively in the Hospitality Industry.
He sold Commercial Restaurant Equipment for 10 years, and worked in every position from Bartender and Busboy to Promoter and Chef, including being the owner and operator of 4 restaurants in North Vancouver.
After obtaining his Red Seal and his Bachelor of Hospitality Management, he decided he wanted a new challenge, and now brings his expertise to play as a Business Asset Broker, with a specific focus on Restaurants.
