About Nik Poulimenos
An award-winning broker since 2004, Nik Poulimenos is not just ‘The Name that Sells,’ he’s also a devote father of four, loving husband, renowned athlete and former educator. Nik’s love affair with the Kitchener / Waterloo area began in the early 90’s when he enrolled at the University of Waterloo. While he worked toward his Bachelor of Arts degree, Nik also competed at the highest level in Canadian university basketball. A four-year Warrior, Nik was honoured with the team’s captaincy in his final two seasons.
The discipline and leadership acumen Nik developed as an athlete has paid dividends as a Broker for REMAX Twin City Realty Inc., Waterloo’s #1 brokerage.
