I could tell you how I am better than other realtors, but then you would have to assume I know every other realtor…and of course I don’t. What I will tell you is that I have a personable, but direct, concise, no-nonsense approach that places the highest value on your time.

With 20+ years in management in the ‘numbers don’t lie’ accounting industry, I have developed a dynamic combination of people skills and a no-nonsense, get the job done approach that has served me well throughout my career.

I have learned to trust numbers and know that this can be a true gift in negotiating with clients and vendors as I am able to take the negative emotion out of an equation, show how something makes sense, create a win-win situation, and finish with positive emotion.

Does that make me more a numbers person than a people person – possibly – but you will always know that I am working and fighting to help you save or receive every possible penny/dollar!
