Over the last year I have had the great opportunity in dealing with Rob Biddlecombe. When I first arrived in Beaumont looking for a house, I felt overwhelmed, as most of the Realtors that I had met were interested in only selling me a house. However this was not the case with Rob Biddlecombe. It became clear to me and my wife that Rob was more interested in assisting us in meeting our needs. Although it took us approximately 5 months before we bought a house, Rob patiently assisted us and was always available when we had questions. Whe we finally did make an offer on a house, we made it subject to a home inspection. Unfortunately I was unavailable to be present for this event. Knowing how busy I was at work, Rob generously offered to take my place and walk through the house with the home inspector. To some this may be considered a small gesture of customer service; however to my wife and me we saw this as going above and beyond the call of duty. After experiencing the tremendous level of customer service received from Rob Biddlecombe, I never hesitate to send my clients or friends to him. His high level of professionalism and dedication to meeting the needs of his clients is evident. Much like his slogan dealing with Rob Biddlecombe is "EXPERIENCING THE DIFFERENCE".
