I would like to thank Realtor Jim Erickson for his patience, skill, and dedication in my house purchase experience, being my first experience as a house buyer, I can tell you I was very stressed at first, Jim made it easy and he truly wanted my best interest and never rushed me into making a decision, he wanted me to think and was the voice of reason.
