I have used Dave to purchase 3 homes. Each time I was very pleased with the results. One property in particular was on the verge of foreclosure. The process was long and stressful, but Dave did not give up on it. He even caught a special assessment that the owner had not paid. I recommend Dave, because he honest and hard working. He never pressured me into buying, and always took me to view as many homes as I wanted with out any complaints. There is no sugar coating with Dave, he always gives his honest opinion.
